support@poof-app.meWhere did my photos go?
Everything Poof removes goes to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where iOS keeps it for 30 days. Open Photos, go to Albums, and scroll to the bottom. Select a photo there and tap Recover to put it back.
A photo looks blurry or will not load
With Optimize iPhone Storage on, some photos live in iCloud with only a small preview on the phone. Poof shows the preview first and fetches your full size copy from your own iCloud when you open it at full size, so give it a moment on a slow connection. Grid squares stay small on purpose, so browsing never uses your data.
The scan paused
iOS gives an app about thirty seconds in the background, so a scan pauses when you leave Poof and carries on exactly where it stopped when you come back. Poof keeps the screen on while a scan runs; if you lock the phone, just reopen the app.
Restore a purchase
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open Settings in Poof and tap Restore purchases. Poof Pro is tied to your Apple Account, not to the device.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Subscriptions in your Apple Account, or on the phone go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Poof. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Ask for a refund
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
